How we LEAD:
The Digital Marketing Manager role oversees and directs all aspects of an artist's digital presence, including the creation and execution of digital marketing and promotional plans, managing influencer campaign strategies, supervising advertising spends across multiple mediums, and more. Prime candidates have knowledge and experience working with all digital technologies and platforms, can effectively communicate with artists, artist management teams, label executives/digital partners, and are comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, team environment.
How you'll CREATE:
  • Drive overall digital strategy and innovation, provide core digital team leadership and project management
  • Deliver digital marketing plans that incorporate key goals and tactical approach to accomplishing each across all areas of digital
  • Manage relationship with key digital partners and accounts while ensuring they deliver high level support and campaigns
  • Lead CRM strategy across multiple surfaces including but not limited to email & SMS
  • Provide expertise in all areas of digital advertising, manage internal and agency relationships, deliver high level ad plans across catalog moments and frontline releases
  • Lead communication on influencer and creator campaigns between label and artist partners
  • Seek out and evaluate new relevant platforms, digital marketing cos, experiment and build case studies for growing an artist fan base
  • Collaborate with marketing, A&R, creative to build a consistent set of digital creative across all campaigns that aligns with the overall world of the artist
  • Request and manage overall digital budgets, collaborating with other team members to invest appropriate amounts in each role's function
  • Build and maintain a consistent multi-platform content and social calendar
  • Manage or oversee the management of all online fan clubs on socials & communities, activate fan participation around releases
  • Real-time reporting on social, fan sentiment, trending topics, feedback, conversations and more
