What you will do:
NextHome is seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our growing network of real estate professionals across the country.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and keeping projects moving. You will serve as a key point of contact for our members, assisting with marketing-related questions, managing vendor relationships, overseeing digital content, and supporting the marketing department's day-to-day operations.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, responsive, and comfortable balancing customer service with administrative and marketing responsibilities.
This position is fully remote and open to candidates anywhere in the United States. During onboarding and training, availability during Pacific Time business hours is required.
Member Support
  • Respond to marketing-related questions via phone and email
  • Assist members with marketing tools, resources, and programs
  • Review submitted materials and provide feedback based on branding guidelines
  • Troubleshoot common marketing and martech issues
  • Deliver a positive, professional customer experience with every interaction

Marketing Operations
  • Coordinate projects with internal teams and external vendors
  • Manage and organize marketing assets and resources
  • Schedule, record, and support webinars using Zoom
  • Upload and maintain content within our Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Publish and update content within WordPress websites
  • Assist with email marketing campaigns and database management
  • Support event, training, and promotional initiatives as needed

Content & Production Support
  • Proofread marketing materials for accuracy and consistency
  • Assist with basic graphic updates using Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Format webpages, articles, and emails
  • Perform basic HTML edits when needed
  • Help ensure all materials align with brand standards

  • Familiarity with the real estate industry is a plus
  • WordPress content management experience
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Email marketing platforms such as Constant Contact, Mailchimp, or similar
  • CRM experience, such as HubSpot or similar platforms
  • Basic HTML knowledge
  • Canva experience
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Spanish language proficiency
