Role Overview:
We're seeking a Business Development Manager to spearhead our sales and client acquisition efforts. This is a high-impact, entrepreneurial role ideal for someone with strong sales instincts, healthcare industry knowledge, or previous experience in staffing/recruiting.
Responsibilities:
  • Identify, target, and build relationships with decision-makers at healthcare facilities (e.g., HR Directors, DONs, Staffing Coordinators).
  • Conduct outbound prospecting via email, phone calls, LinkedIn, and networking events.
  • Understand client staffing challenges and position CareerNation's solutions effectively.
  • Set up and lead introductory calls and presentations with prospective clients.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of active opportunities.
  • Collaborate with recruiting and operations teams to fulfill client needs.
  • Maintain records in CRM (HubSpot) and provide weekly reporting on outreach and pipeline progress.

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, healthcare staffing, healthcare sales, or healthcare operations.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and resourceful-able to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) is a plus.
  • Must be comfortable with cold outreach, lead generation, and managing full sales cycle.
