Responsibilities
  • work closely with product management, engineering, customer success, sales, and field teams to shape how Cisco Cloud Control is positioned, adopted, and scaled with customers
  • help define and drive the technical marketing strategy for Cisco Cloud Control
  • build demos, technical presentations, solution guides, FAQs, and competitive positioning
  • translate customer onboarding pain points into clear product requirements, technical collateral, and field guidance
  • support early customer engagements, design partners, beta programs, and GA readiness activities
  • represent the voice of the customer and the field in roadmap discussions, launch planning, and prioritization decisions
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in technical marketing, product management, solutions engineering or a related technical customer-facing role
  • Understanding of cloud platforms, SaaS products, APIs, identity, authentication, and enterprise IT operations
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams across product management, engineering, sales, support, and customer success
  • Ability to create compelling technical content for both executive and deeply technical audiences
  • Knowledge of Cloud Operations, Enterprise Networking, Security, Observability, or Data Center infrastructure
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience
