Job description


We are seeking an experienced and technology-driven Marketing Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of customer engagement, marketing technology, and digital commerce solutions. This role combines traditional product management expertise with marketing technology (MarTech) capabilities, focusing on enhancing customer acquisition, retention, and engagement across digital channels.
The ideal candidate will possess strong product management fundamentals, familiarity with CRM and customer engagement platforms such as Braze and Broadly, and the ability to leverage data insights to drive business growth. The candidate will work closely with Marketing, Engineering, Sales, Operations, and Customer Success teams to build scalable customer-centric digital products and experiences.
Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Roadmap
  • Define and execute product strategies that support business growth, customer engagement, and digital commerce objectives.
  • Develop and manage product roadmaps for customer-facing marketing and engagement platforms.
  • Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, customer feedback, and market opportunities.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories.

Customer Engagement & CRM
  • Partner with marketing teams to optimize customer journeys across acquisition, retention, and loyalty programs.
  • Manage and enhance customer engagement initiatives using platforms such as Braze, Broadly, or similar CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Support campaign personalization, customer segmentation, and lifecycle marketing strategies.
  • Monitor customer engagement metrics and recommend improvements to increase conversions and customer satisfaction.

E-Commerce & Digital Experience
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve the online shopping experience for construction material buyers.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance product discovery, lead generation, online ordering, and customer self-service capabilities.
  • Drive initiatives that improve customer adoption, retention, and digital revenue growth.
  • Ensure alignment between e-commerce capabilities and broader business objectives.

Product Development & Technology Collaboration
  • Work closely with Engineering, UX/UI, and Data teams throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Define technical requirements and ensure successful delivery of product features.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and product reviews.
  • Evaluate and recommend marketing technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and customer experience.

Data & Analytics
  • Utilize data and analytics to measure product performance and business outcomes.
  • Develop KPIs and success metrics for customer engagement and e-commerce initiatives.
  • Analyze customer behavior, campaign performance, conversion funnels, and engagement trends.
  • Translate data insights into actionable product recommendations and enhancement opportunities.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 9+ years of Product Management experience with a focus on digital products, marketing technology, e-commerce, or customer engagement platforms.
  • Strong understanding of Product Management methodologies, Agile development, and product lifecycle management.
  • Experience working with CRM, customer engagement, or marketing automation platforms.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Braze, Broadly, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or similar solutions.
  • Knowledge of customer journey mapping, segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and engagement strategies.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Engineering, Product, and Operations.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Ability to define KPIs, analyze trends, and leverage insights to drive product improvements.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience within E-Commerce, Building Materials, Construction Supply, Retail, or Distribution industries.
  • Understanding of customer acquisition funnels and digital marketing technologies.
  • Exposure to data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Google Analytics.
  • Experience integrating CRM, customer engagement, and commerce platforms.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and personalization strategies.
  • Familiarity with API integrations and modern SaaS-based marketing ecosystems.

Compensation, Benefits and Duration
Minimum Compensation: USD 48,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 168,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
