About the Role

We are seeking a talented, strategic, and creative Creative Manager to lead and support creative initiatives across the organization. This role is ideal for an experienced creative professional who can combine strong leadership, creative direction, project management, and collaboration skills to develop engaging content and maintain a consistent brand presence.

The Creative Manager will work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to transform ideas into compelling creative projects across digital, marketing, branding, social media, and other communication channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead creative projects from concept through completion.
  • Develop and maintain creative strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Manage and guide creative team members, freelancers, and external partners as needed.
  • Review creative concepts, designs, written content, campaigns, and other deliverables.
  • Establish and maintain brand standards and visual consistency.
  • Collaborate with marketing, communications, product, and leadership teams.
  • Develop creative briefs, project timelines, and production plans.
  • Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
  • Provide constructive feedback and creative direction.
  • Identify emerging creative trends, technologies, and opportunities.
  • Help develop innovative campaigns and content for digital and traditional platforms.
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and priorities.
  • Present creative concepts and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Continuously improve creative processes and workflows.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Fine Arts, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in creative management, creative direction, marketing, branding, or a related discipline.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and high-quality work.
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong project-management and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of branding, digital content, social media, and creative production.
  • Proficiency with commonly used creative and collaboration tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
