Job description

The Ink Creative Services Specialist supports Ink by preparing, reviewing, organizing, and maintaining creative and customer-facing materials used in production and fulfillment workflows. This role may support file preparation, templates, content updates, brand consistency, proofing, order readiness, digital assets, and customer or internal creative requests. This role maintains the ink customer facing website.
Key Responsibilities
Creative and Production Readiness
  • Prepare, review, adjust, and support files, templates, creative assets, and order materials as needed.
  • Support proofing, brand consistency, content accuracy, and production readiness.
  • Maintain templates, digital assets, website content, documentation, and related creative resources.
  • Identify file, template, content, or workflow issues and resolve them before work moves into production.

Team Support
  • Partner with Operations, Commercial, Marketing, Technology, and customer-facing teams to support customer needs.
  • Support new service offerings, product setup, customer onboarding, and process documentation as needed.
  • Support cross-training and flexible work across Ink Operations as business needs require.

Other Duties
  • Support any Ink Operations function as business needs require.
  • All other duties as assigned and required by the Ink Operations leadership.

Required Qualifications
  • Experience in digital creative services, desktop publishing, graphic design, marketing support, file preparation, production support, design support, digital asset management, web design, or related work.
  • Strong attention to detail, communication, organization, and quality focus.
  • Comfort working with creative files, templates, brand standards, and deadline-sensitive requests.
  • Ability to work across teams and support changing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Adobe, template tools, web-to-order systems, or digital asset management tools.
  • Experience supporting order readiness, proofing, file setup, or brand-controlled production work.

Physical / Environmental Requirements
  • Ability to work in an operations environment with production equipment, fulfillment activity, supplies, packaging, and shipping materials.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and move materials or equipment as needed, with reasonable accommodations available.
  • Ability to lift and move supplies or materials as required for the role.
  • May be required to work schedules or shifts outside normal business hours based on Ink Operations needs.
