Job description

We are seeking an organized and creative Marketing Coordinator to support digital marketing, client outreach, and promotional activities centered around destinations, experiences, and client services. This role is well suited for someone who enjoys combining communication, creativity, and research to connect clients with ideas and options that match their interests and needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and organize digital content highlighting destinations, experiences, services, and planning options
  • Assist with planning and coordinating social media and digital marketing activities
  • Research destinations, accommodations, experiences, seasonal opportunities, and industry updates for use in client-focused content
  • Develop content designed to educate, inspire, and engage prospective and existing clients
  • Support promotional campaigns featuring relevant destinations, experiences, and service options
  • Communicate with prospective and existing clients through social media, email, and other digital channels
  • Respond to interest generated through digital marketing and help identify individual client needs and preferences
  • Assist with maintaining a consistent and professional online presence
  • Organize photos, information, promotional materials, and other digital marketing resources
  • Monitor engagement and responses to marketing activities
  • Identify topics, destinations, and experiences that may be of interest to clients
  • Support email and relationship-based marketing activities
  • Assist with referral and audience-development initiatives
  • Maintain organized records of marketing and client outreach activities

Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Good organizational and time-management abilities
