Title: Senior Product Manager – Marketing Technology (MarTech) (Contract)

Pay Rate: $70 - $90

Duration: 4–5 Month Assignment

Hours: 32 hours/week

Summary

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager – Marketing Technology (MarTech) to lead the strategy, development, and optimization of a modern marketing technology ecosystem. In this role, you will partner closely with Engineering, Growth Marketing, Data Science, and Product teams to build scalable platforms that power customer acquisition, engagement, and lifecycle marketing initiatives.


The ideal candidate has experience managing marketing technology products, driving cross-functional roadmaps, and leveraging data to improve campaign performance. This individual is equally comfortable defining product strategy, collaborating with engineering teams, and translating business needs into technical solutions that support marketing at scale.


What You'll Do

• Define and execute the long-term product roadmap for marketing technology platforms and internal marketing tools

• Partner with Engineering to prioritize features, define technical requirements, and deliver scalable solutions using Agile methodologies

• Collaborate with Growth Marketing to improve campaign execution across email, SMS, push notifications, direct mail, landing pages, and other customer engagement channels

• Develop and optimize marketing technology capabilities that support customer acquisition, retention, and lifecycle marketing initiatives

• Analyze product performance and campaign effectiveness using SQL, analytics platforms, and experimentation frameworks

• Lead A/B testing, multivariate testing, and data-driven optimization efforts to improve conversion rates and customer engagement

• Support the development of marketing automation capabilities and customer journey orchestration

• Partner with stakeholders across Marketing, Engineering, Data Science, Sales, and Operations to prioritize enhancements and deliver business value

• Evaluate and recommend new marketing technologies, automation platforms, and AI-driven capabilities

• Incorporate machine learning insights and predictive signals into customer engagement strategies where appropriate

• Conduct product reviews, communicate roadmap progress, and provide executive-level updates to leadership

• Manage stakeholder requests while balancing short-term priorities with long-term product strategy


What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, STEM, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

• 4+ years of product management experience, preferably supporting marketing technology platforms or internal business systems

• Experience building or managing marketing technology solutions supporting email, SMS, push notifications, landing pages, marketing automation, or customer engagement platforms

• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, customer lifecycle management, and campaign measurement

• Experience working with marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, Adobe, Braze, Iterable, Segment, or similar technologies

• Experience analyzing data using SQL and business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Mixpanel, or comparable analytics platforms

• Familiarity with experimentation methodologies including A/B testing, attribution modeling, hypothesis testing, and statistical analysis

• Experience working with modern data platforms such as Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, or similar warehouse technologies

• Knowledge of ETL processes and data pipelines

• Experience using Agile project management tools such as Jira or Asana

• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution
