Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for building customer relationships and growing market share? We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead sales initiatives within an assigned territory and drive continued growth of our industry-leading piping solutions portfolio.

In this role, you will work closely with distributors, contractors, consulting engineers, municipal engineers, and end users to develop business opportunities, strengthen customer relationships, and exceed sales objectives.

What You'll Do
  • Champion and promote our product portfolio throughout your territory.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
  • Build, develop, and maintain long-term relationships with distributors, wholesalers, contractors, engineers, and end users.
  • Conduct regular customer visits to promote products, provide technical support, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Deliver product presentations, technical training sessions, and educational seminars to customers and industry stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Customer Service, Operations, Marketing, and other internal teams to ensure excellent customer support and service.
  • Monitor territory performance, customer purchasing trends, backlog, and service levels.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, opportunities, and forecasts using CRM software.
  • Plan and coordinate extensive territory travel, including customer meetings, events, and industry activities.
  • Provide support and guidance to independent sales representatives within the territory, where applicable.
