ERMCO is looking for a Marketing Assistant that will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Business Development & Marketing Department and will be responsible for supporting various business development and marketing functions and assisting in the implementation of policies and procedures. This is an in-office position


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•    Assist in the maintenance of CRM database for contacts and companies
•    Assist in maintaining targeted mailing list for marketing messaging.
•    Assist in maintaining CRM opportunities content and accuracy.
•    Assist in maintaining past and present project database.
•    Support marketing messaging strategies in development and creativity.
•    Help create and implement employee training videos focused on marketing activities.
•    Aid in the development of content for social media and the company website.
•    Support the strategy for internal communications and employee engagement.
•    Assist with communications related to the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
•    Support maintenance of employee resume forms.
•    Support maintenance of project data forms at key milestones.
•    Provide support for proposals, interviews, and presentations as needed.
•    Collect research data on competitors, clients, prospects, and potential markets.
•    Assist in the implementation of the internal apparel strategy.
•    Support the welcome experience for new employees.
•    Assist in creating marketing materials and writing/proofreading as needed.
•    Gather information for various meetings (staff, board, COT, etc.) as required.
•    All other duties as assigned.


EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION: 
•    Associate or bachelor’s degree in related field.
•    High degree of computer literacy.
•    Strong problem-solving skills.
•    Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and to learn quickly.
•    Demonstrates ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees and team members within a very diverse company.
•    Strong verbal and written communication skills. Must be an open communicator willing to talk to anyone and everyone; must be able to express ideas/information effectively to individuals both inside and outside the company. 
•    Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and/or within a team.
•    Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
