Royal Caribbean Group's Marketing Team has an exciting career opportunity for a full time Senior Video Editor reporting to the Lead, Producer.
This position will be working onsite from Miami.
Position Summary:
We are looking for a talented and motivated Senior Video Editor to join our in-house creative team. The ideal candidate is a confident editor who thrives in a collaborative corporate environment, welcomes creative feedback, and has a genuine interest in integrating AI-powered tools into their production workflow. Experience with After Effects is a strong plus. Camera operation and video capture skills are welcome but not required - this role is centered on post-production excellence.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Edit video content across a variety of formats including brand campaigns, social media, digital ads, and internal marketing materials.
  • Utilize AI generation tools (such as Higgsfield, Seedance, Kling, or similar platforms) to concept, generate, and refine visual content as part of the editing and production workflow.
  • Use After Effects for motion graphics, visual enhancements, and creative finishing.
  • Collaborate closely with the Creative Director and marketing team to ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Deliver platform-specific versions of video assets optimized for web, social, broadcast, and digital signage.
  • Review and refine edits based on internal feedback, maintaining a constructive and open approach to creative direction.
  • Stay current on trends in video production, editing techniques, and AI-generated content.
  • Organize and manage video assets within the team's digital asset library.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:
  • 5+ years of professional video editing experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating quality and range.
  • Degree in Digital Video, Film Production, or a related field - or equivalent professional experience.
  • Hands-on experience with AI content generation tools integrated into video or creative workflows.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro is required.
  • Working knowledge of After Effects is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with Photoshop and other Adobe Creative Suite applications is beneficial.
  • Experience working within a corporate or agency environment, including receiving and applying creative feedback.
  • Familiarity with the cruise, hospitality, or travel industry is a plus but not required.
  • Strong editorial instinct - ability to shape compelling narratives through pacing, music, and visual rhythm.
  • Comfortable working with AI generation tools and curious about how they can enhance creative output.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Collaborative mindset - able to work effectively within a team and execute on a shared creative vision.
  • Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, and delivery specifications across digital platforms.
