What You Will Do
  • Execute a comprehensive 12-month store calendar, meticulously coordinating focus months and endcap rollouts in collaboration with internal brand marketing teams.
  • Oversee the end-to-end production of store fixtures, promotional assets, and premium items, guaranteeing adherence to all deadlines and the highest quality standards.
  • Manage sourcing and budgeting processes, conducting thorough bidding to secure best-in-class suppliers, issuing purchase orders, and reconciling invoices.
  • Maintain a master database of store counts, fixture components, and project support timelines, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, PR, Education, and external suppliers to develop, specify, and procure high-impact promotional materials.

Qualifications
Must-Have Skills & Experience
  • Deep knowledge of retail fabrication, including wall systems, IM/Vac, and vacuum forming techniques.
  • Proficiency in reading engineered drawings and die lines with precision.
  • A strong track record in project management, including tracking multi-brand timelines, managing vendor relations, and demonstrating self-motivation in a fast-paced environment.
