What You'll Do
  • Support the development and execution of marketing strategies designed to drive growth within the Beauty category.
  • Help identify opportunities to strengthen category storytelling based on consumer trends, cultural moments, competitive activity, and business priorities.
  • Serve as a key liaison between Marketing, Merchandising, Creative, and channel teams, fostering seamless collaboration.
  • Translate category priorities into clear, compelling consumer-facing marketing messages and campaigns.
  • Support high-priority Beauty launches, promotional moments, and frequent seasonal initiatives.
  • Partner with dedicated channel teams across email, SMS/push, social, digital, paid media, and other consumer touchpoints to support campaign execution.
  • Provide strategic guidance around messaging, imagery, timing, and prioritization to ensure campaigns effectively represent the Beauty category.
  • Coordinate marketing and creative asset requests, ensuring all teams have the necessary resources for successful execution.
  • Maintain consistency in Beauty storytelling across all channels, reinforcing brand identity.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize marketing already in market or introduce new approaches within individual channels.
  • Support marketing priorities across a fast-moving retail calendar with frequent product launches and seasonal updates.
  • Manage priorities across multiple seasons simultaneously, partnering with teams on current initiatives while also planning for upcoming seasons.
  • Support go-to-market planning from initial briefing through in-season execution.
  • Develop and maintain marketing briefs, presentations, seasonal materials, and other tools used to align cross-functional teams.
  • Help answer day-to-day prioritization questions and keep initiatives moving forward across multiple stakeholders.
  • Monitor category and campaign performance to identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Support test-and-learn initiatives, emerging trends, product opportunities, and timely cultural moments.
  • Contribute to hindsight and performance analysis and help translate learnings into actionable recommendations.
  • Partner with channel teams to identify opportunities to adjust messaging, imagery, or storytelling based on business and consumer needs.

Candidate Profile
You are a proactive, highly organized, collaborative marketer who understands how to move between strategy and execution. You are comfortable being the central point of contact across multiple teams and can confidently provide a point of view on how a category should show up to consumers. You can balance immediate in-season needs with future seasonal planning, manage competing priorities, and keep cross-functional partners aligned. Most importantly, you are curious about the consumer and passionate about creating relevant, compelling brand and product storytelling.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Approximately 2-3 years of relevant marketing experience.
  • Experience within retail, category marketing, product marketing, brand marketing, or integrated marketing strongly preferred.
  • Experience supporting cross-channel or omnichannel marketing initiatives.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across Marketing, Merchandising, Creative, and channel teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, seasons, deadlines, and stakeholder priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to combine creative thinking with an execution-focused mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities may evolve quickly.
  • Proficiency with presentation tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint and/or Keynote.
