Job description

LHH is seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Specialist (Email & SMS Marketing) to support a growing retail marketing team. This opportunity is ideal for a marketing professional who enjoys owning campaign execution, email operations, quality assurance, and reporting while partnering closely with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class customer experiences.
This role is heavily focused on email and text marketing execution and will help support high-volume campaigns across multiple customer touchpoints. The ideal candidate thrives in the details, has strong email QA experience, and is comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced retail environment. This is a hybrid opportunity requiring onsite collaboration Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Responsibilities
  • Lead execution of email and SMS marketing campaigns from initiation through deployment
  • Manage campaign calendars and coordinate marketing deliverables
  • Brief creative teams and gather stakeholder feedback
  • Perform thorough QA on all email and text campaigns before launch
  • Validate links, landing pages, UTMs, dynamic content, and personalization elements
  • Ensure campaigns are properly coded, tested, and deployed on schedule
  • Partner with Ecommerce, CRM, Marketing Technology, and Channel Marketing teams
  • Pull campaign performance data and reporting from Salesforce
  • Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting initiatives
  • Assist with Monday morning reporting preparation and campaign analysis
  • Monitor campaign accuracy, compliance, and customer experience across digital touchpoints
Qualifications
Required
  • 3+ years of experience in Email Marketing, CRM Marketing, Marketing Operations, or Digital Marketing
  • Retail or consumer-facing marketing experience
  • Strong email QA and campaign deployment experience
  • Experience supporting email and SMS/text marketing campaigns
  • Experience with Salesforce reporting and campaign data
  • Understanding of email marketing terminology, customer journeys, segmentation, and personalization
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Preferred
  • Experience with dynamic content and personalization tools
  • Knowledge of retargeting email campaigns
  • Experience working with ecommerce marketing teams
  • Background in email operations, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation
