Job Description:
Vice President, Creator Marketing
Do you know how to build creator partnerships that drive business results and shape culture? Are you passionate about helping brands connect with audiences through authentic storytelling, platform expertise and innovative creator programs?
Zeno believes the term "influencer" no longer accurately captures the essence of today's content creators. They are artists and storytellers who create valuable and engaging content, and we have adapted our title structure and responsibilities to meet their needs.
As a VP, Creator Marketing at Zeno, you will lead integrated creator marketing programs for some of the world's most recognized consumer brands. Working closely with clients and cross-functional teams, you will develop creator strategies that span paid, earned and owned channels, helping brands engage audiences, strengthen reputation and deliver measurable business outcomes.
This is an opportunity for an entrepreneurial leader to help shape and grow Zeno's creator marketing capabilities while leading high-impact client work, developing talent and contributing to business growth.
About the Role:
  • Creator Strategy & Program Leadership: Lead creator marketing strategies that align with client objectives, audience insights and business priorities across a variety of consumer brands and campaigns
  • Creator Partnerships & Campaign Execution: Oversee creator identification, vetting, negotiations, relationship management and campaign execution across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Facebook and emerging channels.
  • Paid Creator & Performance Strategy: Partner with paid media and analytics teams to develop creator amplification strategies, including whitelisting, measurement frameworks, optimization and performance reporting.
  • Content & Platform Innovation: Identify emerging platform trends, creator behaviors and content opportunities that help clients remain culturally relevant and drive stronger audience engagement.
  • Client Leadership & Strategic Counsel: Serve as a senior advisor to clients, leading day-to-day relationships, presenting strategic recommendations and identifying opportunities to expand creator marketing programs.
  • Team Leadership & Talent Development: Lead and mentor team members while fostering a collaborative environment where people can learn, grow and do their best work. Help guide staffing, utilization and professional development across the creator marketing team.
  • Business Growth & Agency Leadership: Contribute to new business efforts, agency thought leadership and Zeno's Global Creator Center of Excellence while helping evolve the agency's creator marketing capabilities.

About You:
  • 10+ years of experience in creator marketing, influencer marketing, communications or related fields within an agency or other fast-paced environment.
  • Proven success developing and leading creator marketing strategies for consumer brands across multiple social platforms.
  • Deep understanding of creator partnerships, platform dynamics, audience behaviors and creator relationship management.
  • Experience integrating paid creator strategies, including creator whitelisting, paid social amplification and performance measurement.
  • Strong understanding of creator marketing analytics and the ability to counsel clients on KPIs, measurement frameworks and business outcomes.
  • Strong writing, storytelling and presentation skills, with experience developing strategic recommendations and client-ready presentations.
  • Demonstrated success managing client relationships, leading integrated teams and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
  • Experience managing budgets, account operations and multiple client engagements simultaneously.
  • Proven leadership experience, including mentoring and developing team members.
  • Experience contributing to business development efforts and leading new business workstreams.
  • Collaborative, adaptable mindset with a passion for creativity, innovation and continuous learning.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting ecommerce or social commerce campaigns.
  • Experience developing B2B creator marketing programs.
  • Experience working across integrated communications, paid media and digital marketing teams.

Pay Range: $130,000 - $150,000 USD/yr.
An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs.
