Marketing Concierge – $25 per hour

Full-Time | Temporary-to-Permanent

We are hiring 10 outgoing and customer-focused Marketing Concierges to support resorts throughout Oahu. This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity with the potential to transition into a permanent Marketing Executive role.

Pay & Schedule:
  • $25.00 per hour during temporary assignment
  • AM Shift: 6:45 AM – 2:30 PM
  • PM Shift: 1:15 PM – 9:00 PM
  • Must be available weekends and holidays
  • Next training class: September 7
  • Validated Parking
Responsibilities:
  • Provide friendly concierge and guest assistance
  • Recommend local restaurants, attractions, and activities
  • Assist with booking activities and guest services
  • Engage with guests in a professional and outgoing manner
  • Promote vacation ownership presentations and approved offers
During the first approximately 60 days, employees will focus primarily on concierge and guest assistance duties. Successful candidates may then transition into a permanent Marketing Executive role focused on inviting eligible guests to vacation ownership presentations.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in English
  • Basic computer skills
  • Knowledge of Oahu attractions, restaurants, and activities
  • Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with guests
  • Open availability, including weekends and holidays
  • Interested in a full-time, long-term opportunity
  • Sales, marketing, hospitality, or commission-based experience is a plus
  • Japanese/English bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply

Upon conversion to a permanent Marketing Executive position, employees will transition to applicable hourly plus commission compensation structure.
