Remote Outbound Phone Sales Closer

Sanders Fine Portraits is a family-owned luxury fine art portrait studio with over 20 years of success. Our growth is intentional, our standards are high, and our culture is built on integrity, accountability, and teamwork.


We are hiring experienced outbound phone sales closers to convert warm leads into booked portrait sessions. This is not a customer service role and not appointment setting without accountability. This is a quota-driven sales position for professionals who know how to sell over the phone and take pride in their results.



This role is for you if:


  • You have 3+ years of phone sales experience with quotas
  • You are comfortable with high-volume outbound dialing
  • You know how to create urgency ethically and confidently
  • You take ownership of your numbers and your performance
  • You value teamwork, follow systems, and operate with integrity


What you'll do:


  • Make outbound sales calls to warm leads
  • Consistently book qualified clients into a full studio calendar
  • Hit weekly and monthly sales targets
  • Accurately track activity and results in our CRM
  • Participate in coaching, training, and team meetings


What we're looking for:


  • Proven phone sales closer (not customer service)
  • Experience in call centers, telesales, inside sales, or outbound B2C sales
  • Strong objection handling and closing skills
  • Organized, disciplined, and tech-savvy
  • Competitive, coachable, and team-oriented
  • Reliable home office setup with hard-wired internet and backup
