Job description

THE ROLE
This is an exciting opportunity to join Form3's growing US Product team as a Senior Product Manager, helping shape our US Account-to-Account (A2A) payments proposition.
You'll own products across the full lifecycle, from discovery and strategy through to delivery, launch, and commercialisation. While you'll contribute across our US A2A portfolio, your initial focus will be on building and scaling new payment capabilities, particularly Wire and ACH and supporting existing capability like RTP and FedNow.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for your US payment products, delivering measurable customer and commercial outcomes.
  • Bring new payment capabilities to market, leading products from discovery through launch and ongoing optimisation.
  • Partner with Engineering and Business Analysis to deliver scalable, high-quality products that meet customer and market needs.
  • Build strong relationships with banks and financial institutions to uncover customer challenges and translate them into valuable product capabilities.
  • Enable commercial success by supporting customer engagements, go-to-market initiatives and strategic sales opportunities.
  • Shape product pricing, positioning and competitive differentiation to maximise market adoption.
  • Ensure products remain compliant, competitive and aligned with evolving payment scheme and regulatory requirements.
  • Work collaboratively across Product, Engineering and Commercial teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and business growth.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager with experience building account-to-account payment products for banks and financial institutions. You'll combine deep knowledge of the US payments landscape with strong product leadership, commercial acumen and the ability to deliver products that solve customer problems and drive business growth.
Essential:
  • 5+ years' Product Management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of the US account-to-account payments landscape, in particular Wire, ACH and ideally RTP/FedNow.
  • Experience building products for banks or financial institutions, either within a bank or a technology provider.
  • Proven ability to take products from concept through launch and into live operation.
  • Strong commercial mindset, with experience supporting pricing, go-to-market strategy and customer engagement.
  • Knowledge of the competitive landscape for payment infrastructure,
  • Comfortable working closely with Engineering to translate customer needs into scalable products.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across technical and commercial teams.

Desirable:
  • Experience building API-first and cloud-native products.
  • Has worked in a high-growth startup or scaleup environment

HIRING LOCATIONS
We're currently able to consider applications from candidates based in Ontario (Canada) and the following US states: Connecticut, Florida, New Jersey, New York and North Carolina.
This is a fully remote role. You'll be expected to travel occasionally for team and customer meetings, primarily to New York, with occasional travel to the UK.
