Job description

THE POSITION
Our roster has an opening with your name on it

FanDuel Casino is looking for a Customer Marketing Senior Associate to support the management of the multi-million-dollar generosity investment behind our retention program, helping forecast, allocate, and optimize spend in support of the Customer Marketing function.

In this role, you will develop forecasting models, perform deep-dive analysis to identify investment opportunities, and support how the team tests, learns, and reinvests across retention initiatives. Working closely with the Senior Manager and cross-functional partners, you will help improve the analytical rigor of the function, provide guidance and support to a Customer Marketing Associate, and turn data into forward-looking recommendations that maximize ROI.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in how FanDuel invests in and optimizes customer generosity, helping translate millions of dollars of investment into measurable customer and commercial growth.

In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.

THE GAME PLAN
Everyone on our team has a part to play

  • Develop and maintain generosity forecasting models, contributing to the evolution of forecasting methodologies and supporting team planning.
  • Act as a forecasting partner to stakeholders across Commercial, Finance and Data Analytics, translating assumptions and scenarios into clear guidance while helping improve forecast accuracy.
  • Support optimization of the generosity budget through proactive analysis, identifying opportunities to improve ROI and recommending investment adjustments.
  • Contribute to the development and validation of KPIs, partnering with the Associate to turn exploratory analysis into repeatable, trusted insight.
  • Support the centralized experimentation roadmap by helping prioritize analyses, design tests and evaluate results.
  • Translate experiment results into actionable recommendations that influence future investment decisions and improve future planning and investment.
  • Partner with and support the Customer Marketing Associate, sharing knowledge and best practices to strengthen forecasting and investment-management capabilities.
  • Present complex analysis and recommendations to senior and cross-functional audiences, serving as a trusted analytical partner to the wider Casino Customer Marketing team.

THE STATS
What we're looking for in our next teammate

  • Bachelor's degree required; a quantitative, business or analytical field preferred.
  • 3+ years' experience in forecasting, financial or investment modelling, marketing analytics or a comparable data-driven role, including experience contributing to forecasting or measurement processes.
  • Advanced Excel skills for modelling large datasets (advanced formulas, scenario and sensitivity analysis) and experience building robust forecasting models.
  • Proven ability to conduct complex analyses that link investment to performance and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience designing, running and interpreting experiments and supporting structured experimentation programs.
  • Strong SQL skills with experience using BI and visualization tools such as Tableau.
  • Ability to contribute to strategic planning, prioritize analytical work and deliver cross-functional projects.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and explain complex analysis simply.
  • Self-directed and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently, share best practices with teammates and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
