Job description

Yooz builds SaaS tools that help finance teams automate invoice processing. Our platform is used by 600,000+ users in over 50 countries.

We're looking for a hands-on Marketing Intern - Customer Marketing & AI Programs to accelerate our North American digital performance.

This internship offers hands-on experience across customer engagement, digital marketing, event support, sales enablement, and AI-driven content operations. You will work closely with Customer Marketing, Demand Generation, Customer Success, and Campaign teams to execute programs that support customer advocacy, engagement, retention, and growth.

In addition to supporting ongoing marketing initiatives, you will play a key role in organizing Yooz's best-performing marketing assets, customer stories, messaging frameworks, and visual content into a structured AI Reference Library that will help power future marketing agents and content generation workflows.

What You'll Do

  • Support webinars, customer events, and engagement campaigns

  • Create and distribute customer-facing communications and promotional content

  • Assist with customer learning, certification, and advocacy programs

  • Help manage customer stories, testimonials, and marketing assets

  • Contribute to reporting, content organization, and AI-driven marketing initiatives

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales teams on special projects

What We're Looking For

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, or a related field
