Who You Are:

Are you a graduate in science, technology, engineering, mathematics, or a related field who approaches problems methodically, enjoys working with data, and uses structured, analytical thinking to understand how algorithms, platforms, and data influence user behavior and business outcomes?

This internship is designed for candidates who want to apply their quantitative and technical skills in a real business environment. Instead of traditional marketing tasks, you will focus on analyzing data, understanding performance drivers, and optimizing campaigns using a structured, data-driven approach.

If you are curious about how algorithms, platforms, and data influence user behavior and business outcomes, this role is for you.


What Youll Do:

  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and optimization opportunities
  • Support Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic campaigns using data-driven insights
  • Test hypotheses and evaluate performance using measurable metrics
  • Translate data into clear insights and recommendations
  • Collaborate with media, data, and tech teams


What Were Looking For:

  • University graduate in mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering, physics, economics, or data science with a GPA of 3.25 or higher
  • Proficient experience with Excel (or Google Sheets)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as ability to communicate insights clearly
  • Interest in data-driven decision-making
  • Curiosity about digital platforms and performance optimization
  • Basic understanding of Word / Docs, PowerPoint
  • Availability for full-time employment after internship

Nice to have:

  • Experience working with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, DV360 and analytics platforms


This internship will run from approximately July 7, 2026 until September 30, 2026.

  • Beautiful Office & Workspace: Newly built and designed office exclusively for Delve Deeper with local restaurants, shopping, and hiking/biking trails. Large common areas filled with snacks, beverages, and regularly catered meals!
  • Hybrid Working Model: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays in office with the option to work from home on Mondays and Fridays
