Job Summary:

The Product Marketing Associate is an individual contributor on the Brand Marketing team at Lucchese Bootmaker, reporting to the Sr. Director of Strategic Programs and Business Development. This role supports the execution of product storytelling across internal and external channels, ensuring a consistent and compelling product narrative that supports both customer engagement and associate education. This is a high-impact individual contributor role that supports conversion, sell-through, and brand perception across customer and associate touchpoints.

Scope of Job:

This role sits at the intersection of product development, creative, retail, and digital commerce. The Product Marketing Associate supports e-commerce performance, retail sell-through, and brand equity by executing clear, consistent product messaging across all channels.

Primary focus areas include supporting the execution of:

  1. Product storytelling and external marketing copy (PDPs, campaigns, digital channels)
  2. Internal product education and training content
  3. Cross-functional product marketing support across brand, retail, and e-commerce


Key stakeholder relationships include Product Development, Merchandising, E-commerce, Retail Operations, Creative, and PR.

  • Core KPIs include PDP conversion rate, organic traffic, email engagement, associate training completion, and product-related social engagement, in partnership with cross-functional teams.
  • This role is responsible for developing and maintaining product copy standards and training content in collaboration with key stakeholders and escalates broader brand or campaign decisions as needed.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Customer Experience & Business Performance

  • Contribute insights and recommendations to support brand and business objectives
  • Partner cross-functionally to align product messaging with broader business goals
  • Support commerce channels with accurate and compelling product information
  • Champion the customer perspective across all product storytelling and packaging

Internal Communications & Training

  • Support the development and maintenance of product training materials for retail, customer service, and wholesale partners
  • Create internal product launch communications to support cross-functional alignment
  • Build onboarding and ongoing product education programs
  • Partner with Retail Operations and leadership to ensure training effectiveness
  • Translate technical product details into clear, usable associate-facing content
  • Establish feedback loops to continuously improve product knowledge and training effectiveness

External Marketing Copywriting

  • Support the development and execution of product-focused copy across digital channels (PDPs, email, social, paid media)
  • Support PDP standards, including product naming, descriptions, and SEO-informed content in partnership with E-commerce
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop product-driven campaign messaging
  • Support product launches with omnichannel copy (digital, in-store, partnerships)
  • Ensure brand voice consistency across all product-related content
  • Partner with Creative on campaign development and execution

Operational Excellence

  • Contribute to product marketing recommendations informed by customer insights and market trends
  • Support photoshoots and product-related content creation as needed
  • Partner with Product teams to gather and translate product details for marketing use
  • Maintain organized product knowledge and content documentation

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong written communication skills across multiple marketing channels

Education, Experience, and/or Certifications:

  • Experience in luxury, fashion, footwear, or lifestyle brands preferred
