Description
We're growing and looking to hire a Product Marketing Associate who embodies our core values: People First, Customer Obsession, Strive for Excellence, and Integrity.
This role will be focused across Claroty's core verticals and product areas, driving targeted outcomes across a variety of programs. This individual will have a hand in everything from top of funnel educational content to product announcements and sales enablement. The Associate Product Marketing Manager will also be a key supporter of AI workflows for product marketing, researching, building, and defining workflows that meet critical needs for the team.
Responsibilities
As a Product Marketing Associate, your impact will be:
  • Draft, edit, and publish a wide variety of marketing collateral, including blog posts, solution briefs, case studies, website copy, video scripts and more.
  • Actively experiment with and integrate AI tools to optimize our content generation, research, and reporting workflows.
  • Dive into product usage data, market trends, and content performance metrics to help the team understand what's working, what isn't, and where the market is moving.
  • Assist in building pitch decks, training content, and other enablement materials that equip our global sales team to win.
  • Understand and analyze user and buyer personas to inform global content needs, ensuring our strategic development is always aligned with what the market and our sales team actually needs.

Requirements
What you need to succeed in this role:
  • 1-3 years experience in product marketing, content marketing, or similar roles
  • Writing Acumen: You are a strong storyteller, with the ability to turn complex cybersecurity concepts into clear, engaging prose.
  • Naturally Analytical: You're comfortable working with data and metrics, and curious about using insights to understand performance and recommend improvements accordingly.
  • An AI Enthusiast: You have a keen interest in AI tools and LLMs, and are excited about exploring how they can streamline product marketing workflows.
  • A Self-Starter: You are proactive and resourceful, comfortable researching and testing solutions when faced with new challenges.

Bonus Qualifications
  • Experience in cybersecurity and/or B2B SaaS

Expected compensation for the role is between $90,000 - $100,000. This is a good faith estimate but does not include equity, bonus, or other forms of payment. Pay will be determined by experience level, but those outside the salary band are welcome to apply.
