Job description

The AI Research (AIR) team, part of JPMorganChase's Chief Analytics Office, is a multidisciplinary group advancing finance through cutting-edge AI research and development. AIR has a proven track record in publications, patents, and projects, partnering with business leaders and academic institutions to deliver innovative solutions in AI agents, multimodal processing, synthetic data, and optimization. The team's work streamlines financial services, enhances forecasting and planning, optimizes strategy, and drives trustworthy, cost-effective solutions for the global bank.

As an AI/ML Product Marketing Associate in the AI Research team, you will lead the development and execution of marketing and communication campaigns to drive awareness and adoption of AIR's innovations across JPMorganChase's 200,000+ employees. You will identify and target key business audiences, distill complex AI/ML research into actionable, commercially relevant messaging, and translate technical concepts into clear communications that support business objectives. 

In this role, you will also position the AI Research team as a trusted expert across all lines of business, reinforcing the teams impact and value to the firm and ensuring AIR's advancements are understood, valued, and leveraged to drive meaningful outcomes.

Job responsibilities

  • Planning: Assist in defining and executing marketing campaigns for new solutions and measure efficacy against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

  • User Engagement: Assist in developing programs aimed at securing existing users and acquiring new users including messaging, collateral, events, increasing our engagement with them and measuring the efficacy of such programs.

  • Stakeholder Management: Assist in developing client and executive narratives and presentations, case studies, and content such as blogposts and videos, all designed to accelerate the business momentum to better engage stakeholders.

  • Project Support: Assist in executing marketing related tasks within the scope of a larger product or project, under guidance from the manager.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing.

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in product management, product marketing, strategy consulting or related fields through full time roles, internships or projects.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience marketing AI/ML products, solutions, or research.

  • Exposure to working with product managers and/or research scientists.

  • Technical aptitude to quickly understand and communicate new technologies.

  • Hands-on experience using creative tools (e.g. video editing software, Adobe, Figma).

  • Creative mindset with appetite for experimenting with new marketing approaches for technical solutions.

  • Strong program management and communication skills and passion for marketing, AI, technology, or related fields.

  • Ability to work in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
