About the Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Product Marketing Specialist to join our team. This is an entry-level position ideal for recent graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting go-to-market (GTM) strategies, market research, pricing analysis, channel PSI (Purchase, Sales, Inventory) management, promotion planning, and monitoring sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and executing go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product launches and existing product lines.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform pricing, positioning, and promotional plans.
  • Support market sensing activities, including gathering and analyzing data on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement channel PSI (Purchase, Sales, Inventory) tracking and reporting.
  • Assist in the creation and execution of promotion plans, including campaign setup, coordination, and post-campaign analysis.
  • Monitor sales targets and provide regular analysis and reports on performance vs. targets.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Support other marketing and product management activities as needed.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with data analysis tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.


Preferred:
