The acquisition of Tegus by AlphaSense in 2024 advances our shared mission to empower professionals to make smarter decisions through AI-driven market intelligence. Together, AlphaSense and Tegus will accelerate growth, innovation, and content expansion, with complementary product and content capabilities that enable users to unearth even more comprehensive insights from thousands of content sets. Our platform is trusted by over 6,000 enterprise customers, including a majority of the S&P 500. Founded in 2011, AlphaSense is headquartered in New York City with more than 2,000 employees across the globe and offices in the U.S., U.K., Finland, India, Singapore, Canada, and Ireland. Come join us!
About the Team:
The AI product marketing team at AlphaSense is responsible for bringing our most important capabilities to market -- defining positioning, driving adoption, and making sure our customers and prospects understand the value of what we build. We serve as the voice of the market and customer back into the business, synthesizing competitive signals, customer feedback, and industry trends to inform what we build and how we position it. We work closely with product, sales, customer success, and marketing, and have visibility and influence across the business. Our team has strong retention and a real track record of internal growth, and we're embedded in the fastest-moving, most commercially impactful area of the product.
About the Role:
We're hiring a Product Marketing Associate to join our AI product marketing team, supporting go-to-market for one of the most active and strategically important areas of the AlphaSense platform. This is a net new role created in direct response to the pace at which our AI team ships, and the growing importance of feature adoption. In this role, you'll get broad exposure across the full product marketing function - launches, adoption campaigns, sales enablement, customer education, and competitive and market intelligence -- while building toward ownership of specific features and workstreams over time. You'll work closely with product, revenue, and marketing, and have real visibility across the organization from day one.
Who You Are:
  • Experience: 2-3 years in a product marketing role or adjacent (product management, solutions engineering, customer success) -- ideally at a B2B SaaS company where AI for knowledge work was central to the product, not peripheral.
  • Customer-Centric: Strong track record of leveraging customer insights to inform messaging, product development, and campaign strategies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for translating complex concepts into clear, compelling messaging.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to synthesize product usage data and customer feedback into actionable insights and recommendations. Comfortable working with tools like Tableau, Gong, or similar.
  • Strategic Mindset: Strong ability to articulate product/market value propositions and contribute to product strategy.
  • Independent Operator: You take ownership, flag blockers early, and find a way forward.

What You'll Do:
  • Bring New Products to Market: Own the launch of select AI features from positioning through execution, developing messaging, GTM strategy, and market narrative for smaller launches, with increasing ownership of bigger launches over time.
  • Drive Customer Adoption: Collaborate with revenue, enablement, and marketing teams to drive the success of adoption and education programs that build awareness and adoption of new AI features via a connected narrative.
  • Product Collaboration: Partner closely with product managers to stay informed on roadmap developments and support strategic initiatives within assigned product areas.
  • Be the Voice of our Customer: Monitor campaign, revenue, or product performance and analyze customer feedback, bringing insights to influence product roadmap, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Inform Strategic Decision-Making: Build and maintain a repeatable process for synthesizing market signals, competitive developments, and customer feedback into clear summaries that inform product and executive stakeholders.

For base compensation, we set standard ranges for all roles based on function and level benchmarked against similar stage growth companies and internal comparables. In order to be compliant with local legislation, as well as to provide greater transparency to candidates, we share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of desired hiring location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience/expertise and may vary from the amounts listed below.
You may also be offered a performance-based bonus, equity, and a generous benefits program.
Base Compensation Range
$85,000-$98,000 USD
