Marketing Associate – Digital Media & Consumer Marketing Position Summary

The Marketing Associate – Digital Media & Consumer Marketing is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives across digital media, social media, content development, consumer marketing, brand campaigns, and events. This role plays a key part in strengthening Medivant Health’s digital presence, increasing brand awareness, supporting product marketing initiatives, and driving audience engagement across multiple channels.

The ideal candidate is creative, proactive, and digitally savvy, with a strong interest in social media, consumer behavior, content creation, and marketing analytics. This position requires excellent organizational skills, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and execution of digital marketing, social media, and consumer marketing initiatives.
  • Create, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms and digital communities.
  • Maintain and manage social media and content calendars to ensure timely campaign execution.
  • Develop social media posts, graphics, videos, reels, product content, and other digital marketing assets.
  • Monitor social media engagement, audience behavior, industry trends, and competitive activity.
  • Support the execution and optimization of organic and paid digital marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in developing content that enhances brand awareness and audience engagement.
  • Support product launches, promotional campaigns, go-to-market initiatives, and brand-building activities.
  • Assist with website updates, email campaigns, presentations, brochures, flyers, and other marketing collateral.
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging, tone, and visual identity across all marketing channels.
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer, competitor, and industry trends to identify opportunities.
  • Track and report campaign performance, audience growth, website traffic, lead generation, and engagement metrics.
  • Support the planning and execution of trade shows, conferences, corporate events, and marketing activations.
  • Coordinate event logistics, vendor communications, marketing materials, and on-site event support.
  • Manage pre-event promotions, attendee communications, lead capture, and post-event follow-up activities.
  • Assist in preparing marketing dashboards, campaign reports, and performance summaries.
  • Support A/B testing, campaign optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives to improve marketing effectiveness.

Qualifications Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, Digital Media, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing, digital media, content creation, social media, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content development.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and project management capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital collaboration tools.
Preferred:
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other content creation and design tools.
  • Experience creating and editing short-form video content.
