) Marketing Director
Job Summary:
Pine Crest, a leading provider of skilled nursing care in Hazel Crest, Illinois, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Director to join our team. As a Marketing Director at Pine Crest, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with referral sources, hospitals, and community agencies to drive admissions and increase census growth. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and incentive bonus structure.
Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, social workers, discharge planners, and other referral sources
  • Analyze referrals to ensure facility can meet resident's needs adequately
  • Facilitate a decision for admission approval and notification of admission approval timely to referring agency
  • Recruit and credential new physicians to the facility
  • Explain facility philosophy, policies, and procedures to potential residents, new residents, and residents' representatives
  • Meet with members of community organizations
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:
  • Prior demonstrated, successful experience in marketing a skilled nursing facility or facilities to local referral sources
  • Ability to meet admissions/marketing goals for census improvement/maintenance
  • Professional tact, excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Maintain an accurate resident roster
  • Work with physicians and hospital discharge planners to arrange a smooth transition to the facility

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in Long Term Care, preferably in admissions and/or marketing
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English
  • Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with residents, family members, visitors, personnel, government agencies/personnel, and the general public
  • Must have patience, tact, cheerful disposition, and enthusiasm
