Job Description Summary

Clark Capital Management Group is seeking an experienced Marketing Communications Manager to support the execution of integrated marketing communications for the Firm's investment strategies and corporate brand. This role is highly execution-focused and responsible for translating marketing strategy into high-quality, compliant deliverables across digital, print, and live channels.
The Marketing Communications Manager reports to the Director of Marketing Communications and partners across Marketing, Client Portfolio Management, Product, Sales, Events, and Compliance to ensure communications are accurate, timely, and aligned with Clark Capital's objectives.

Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Execute integrated marketing campaigns that promote Clark Capital's investment strategies and services across website, email, digital marketing, presentations, publications, and print
  • Manage day-to-day execution of the marketing content calendar, including email campaigns, market updates, commentaries, lead generation initiatives, and internal communications
  • Develop, edit, and finalize marketing collateral and thought leadership content with a strong focus on quality control and brand consistency
  • Partner closely with Compliance to manage review workflows and obtain timely approvals for marketing materials
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all products and strategies are clearly positioned, differentiated, and communicated effectively to target audiences
  • Support the production and distribution of monthly and quarterly marketing materials
  • Collaborate with Events to execute marketing support for due diligence meetings, conferences, and advisor events
  • Utilize Salesforce, marketing automation, and analytics tools to support campaign execution, reporting, and performance tracking
    Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, content distribution, and execution processes
  • Support competitive analysis and market research efforts in partnership with senior marketing leadership
  • Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and industry partners as needed
  • Ensure adherence to industry regulations, legal requirements, and internal processes across all deliverables
  • Support departmental projects and initiatives as required


Competencies for Success:

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, marketing, or a related discipline
  • 5+ years of marketing communications experience, preferably within financial services, asset management, or investment advisory environments
  • Familiarity with investment products (e.g., SMAs, UMAs, mutual funds, ETFs) is a plus
  • Strong executional skills with demonstrated experience producing marketing deliverables across multiple channels
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting and editing
  • High attention to detail and strong commitment to quality control in a regulated environment
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; Adobe Creative Suite experience a plus
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team-oriented environment
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and follow-through skills
  • Intellectual curiosity and willingness to continuously improve processes and outcomes
