About the Role
ECC is looking for a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join our team and help bring our marketing strategies to life. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, this position will play a key role in coordinating marketing activities, supporting day-to-day requests, and contributing to impactful projects that strengthen our brand and engagement. This is an excellent opportunity for a creative, organized professional who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and making a meaningful impact.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate marketing activities such as:
    • Trade show planning, preparation, and scheduling
    • Compile and distribute lead lists from email campaigns
    • Compile and distribute lead lists from trade shows
    • Internal marketing assets including business cards and email signatures
    • Marketing asset and promotional item orders
    • Assisting with hosted events
  • Compile, design, and distribute external and internal company newsletter
  • Develop and generate company product news through newsletter content
  • Develop, maintain, and update internal company website
  • Develop, maintain, and update internal and external marketing documents
  • Co-brand vendor materials to bolster marketing assets
  • Assist with marketing support requests
  • Complete individual projects as determined by the Marketing Manager as requests arise
  • Expand, maintain, and optimize marketing contacts database

Qualifications
  • An Associates/Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism (advertising/public relations), graphic design, or similar fields.
  • Graphic design experience preferred but not required (Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Experience in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
