Job description

Full-time
Description
Streetsense is a global, award-winning creative collective of strategists, designers, architects, marketers, and storytellers. We don't just design spaces or launch brands - we create destinations and experiences that resonate, connect, and endure. From reimagining entire neighborhoods to launching iconic restaurants, bars and hotels, our work sparks conversation and connection that builds lasting cultural relevance.
Whether transforming hospitality, elevating real estate, or redefining retail, we partner with visionary clients to create experiences and destinations people don't just visit - they love. Our integrated model - spanning consulting, branding, marketing, and interior architecture, breaks down silos, pushes boundaries, tells bold stories, and delivers transformative results.
The ideal candidate is equal parts strategic thinker, business development partner, project manager, content creator, and brand steward - someone who can help shape and executive initiatives that elevate Streetsense's visibility, reputation and market positioning. This person should be comfortable contributing at both a strategic and tactical level - helping drive ideas forward while also independently executing marketing materials, presentations, newsletters and branded collateral.
This role sits within Streetsense's Growth Team and serves as a strategic liaison between our Growth and Agency teams, helping move marketing initiatives, proposals, thought leadership, and brand storytelling forward across the organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Marketing & Business Development Support
  • Partner closely within the Growth, Agency, and leadership teams to help lead and execute strategic marketing and business development initiatives that elevate Streetsense's visibility, reputation and market positioning.
  • Develop and execute proactive marketing campaigns and initiatives that position Streetsense as a leader in brand, place and experience design.
  • Collaborate on key pursuits, pitch strategies, presentations, and business development materials.
  • Identify and pull relevant case studies, project examples, and supporting content to strengthen proposals and client opportunities.
  • Serve as a connective liaison between teams to help prioritize, coordinate, and move initiatives forward.

Content & Collateral Development
  • Draft, edit, and manage marketing copy across proposals, presentations, newsletters, social media, awards submissions, website updates, and thought leadership materials.
  • Independently update and manipulate branded templates and collateral using existing design systems and assets.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of marketing materials with limited day-to-day reliance on design resources.
  • Coordinate with Agency creative teams during periods of bandwidth and support availability.
  • Manage and maintain a library of case studies, pitch materials, and marketing assets.

Brand & Communications
  • Help maintain consistency in Streetsense's brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across touchpoints.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications initiatives in partnership with leadership and marketing collaborators.
  • Support the development of newsletters, announcements, speaking opportunities, awards submissions, and branded storytelling initiatives.

Analytics & Optimization
  • Collaborate with internal teams to establish marketing KPIs, benchmark performance and provide reporting insights that help inform strategic growth initiatives.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor positioning, and emerging platforms to keep Streetsense ahead of the curve.

Team & Resource Management
  • Collaborate with internal Agency resources and external partners/vendors to maximize impact.
  • Manage and optimize the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, proposals, communications, or brand management within a creative, design, architecture, real estate, hospitality, or professional services environment.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities with an eye for both strategy and detail.
  • Experience creating proposals, presentations, and marketing collateral in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
  • Advanced working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and the ability to independently manipulate branded templates, presentations, and collateral within established design systems.
  • Ability to work independently and execute projects from concept through completion with minimal oversight.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Collaborative mindset and comfort working across interdisciplinary creative and business teams.
  • Experience within AEC, architecture, design, placemaking, hospitality, or creative agency environments strongly preferred.

What We Offer:
  • A creative, collaborative culture with a team passionate about shaping places and experiences.
  • The opportunity to define and own the Streetsense brand voice and story at a pivotal moment in our growth.
  • Competitive salary, performance-based incentives, and comprehensive benefits.
  • Professional development and growth opportunities in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
  • The chance to create award-winning work with a firm that is reshaping how people experience brand and place.

Streetsense is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, age, or veteran status.
Base salary is just one component of Streetsense's total rewards philosophy. We offer a wide range of benefits and perks that appeal to the variety of needs across our diverse employee base. This may include Medical Dental & Vision Insurance, paid time off, 401k match, wellbeing resources, and more.
