Job description

The Practice Marketing Partner serves as a marketing liaison between Vitana and its partner practices. This role works closely with doctors, office managers, operations leaders, and the internal marketing team to develop marketing plans, coordinate marketing initiatives, maintain brand consistency, and help our practices execute local growth strategies.

The Practice Marketing Partner coordinates practice marketing activities and connects partner practices with the appropriate internal marketing resources to support growth.

Primary Responsibilities

Practice Leadership

  • Serve as the primary marketing contact for assigned partner practices.
  • Conduct regular marketing meetings to review performance, priorities, upcoming
  • initiatives, and new opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain annual marketing plans and practice marketing calendars.
  • Build trusted relationships with doctors, office managers, and operations leaders.

Marketing Planning & Local Activation

  • Help our practices plan and execute promotions, sponsorships, community events, school partnerships, referral initiatives, and other local marketing activities.
  • Coordinate internal marketing support to maximize practice marketing opportunities.
  • Encourage proactive planning and consistent execution of marketing initiatives throughout the year.

Brand & Content Stewardship

  • Maintain Brand Scripts, messaging, and brand standards for assigned practices.
  • Coordinate photography, logos, style guides, brand assets, and supporting creative
  • materials.
  • Participate in quality assurance reviews to ensure marketing materials remain consistent with approved brand standards.

Marketing Project Coordination

  • Coordinate marketing requests including brochures, flyers, signage, promotional materials, website content requests, photography, practice events, and campaign support.
  • Coordinate content and asset collection required to support marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain project, communication, and status within ClickUp.

This role coordinates marketing projects but does not own technical SEO, website development, paid media management, social media publishing, or other channel execution.

 

Practice Communication

  • Maintain regular communication with assigned practices regarding marketing priorities and project status.
  • Ensure marketing requests are documented, prioritized, and communicated across the marketing team.
  • Facilitate communication between partner practices and internal marketing specialists.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with the VP of Marketing and marketing specialists to align priorities and support practice growth.
  • Coordinate practice participation in marketing initiatives and ensure projects move efficiently through the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 5–8 years of marketing experience supporting multiple brands, locations, or clients.
  • Experience in healthcare, dentistry, franchise, agency, or multi-location organizations preferred.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while building productive relationships across diverse stakeholders.
