Job description

As a Part-Time Marketing Project Manager at UTTR, you will play a crucial role within our internal marketing team. You'll oversee and execute marketing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic goals.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to keep teams motivated and accountable in a fast-paced remote environment.


Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee internal marketing projects using ClickUp

  • Assign tasks and provide detailed briefs for new projects and initiatives

  • Ensure deadlines are met and workflows run efficiently

  • Maintain organized project documentation and track progress consistently

  • Coordinate cross-functionally to align on goals and deliverables

  • Identify potential delays and develop mitigation strategies

  • Review team output to ensure it meets quality standards and project requirements

  • Provide feedback on copywriting and creative assets, offering insights into marketing effectiveness

  • Occasionally write or edit copy to ensure clarity and brand alignment

  • Obtain final stakeholder approval before deliverables are released

  • Post approved content on social platforms in line with brand guidelines

  • Continuously improve internal project management processes


Qualifications
  • Recent marketing (or related field) graduate, or early-career professional with relevant experience

  • Proven project management experience, ideally within a marketing or digital agency environment

  • Proficiency with project management tools (ClickUp is a plus)

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

  • Strong communication and leadership abilities

  • Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams

  • Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving mindset

  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and practices is a plus


Working Hours

This is a part-time role (approximately 20 hours per week).

We don't mind where you're located, but you must work within EST, CST, MST, or PST business hours for collaboration and meetings.
