Looking for a position that makes you smile?
We're seeking a Marketing Manager to join our growing team.
The Marketing Manager is responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships at both the clinic and regional levels, ensuring doctor satisfaction, and driving growth for Smile Doctors' internal marketing agency.
How you'll make us better:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clinics, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
  • Guide teams through onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition. Onboarding processes will include the full suite of services: paid media, site migration, SEO, creative, etc.
  • Identify opportunities to bring teams into the fold of services to meet their needs, while increasing marketing agency participation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, operations, patient service center) to ensure seamless transitions and goals are met.
  • Address issues promptly, escalating when necessary, and working to deliver timely solutions.
  • Monitor performance, prepare regular reports, and present results to teams as identified.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to provide valuable insights to doctors and cross functional partners.
  • Uncovering, analyzing and articulating marketing insights into meaningful action and articulating actions needed to teams in easy to understand terminology
  • Work with the Smile Doctors Agency to provide clear direction and accountability across media plans and partnerships on behalf of Doctors and local practices.

Your special skills:
  • Skilled in completing assignments accurately and with attention to detail
  • Skilled in organization and time management
  • Skilled in customer service (related to supporting other departments)

Prerequisites for success:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • Seven (7+) years of experience working in a marketing required
  • Digital marketing fluency and/or agency experience preferred
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft office, Adobe Acrobat
