Job Description

Objective: Lead the development and growth of new business and develop and maintain current working relationships; also direct and manage marketing/sales activities in accordance with company strategy for an insurance restoration company in the Charlotte NC areas

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Contacting and meeting with potential clients, insurance agents, business owners, property managers and recommending and selling the Restoration company
  • Visit a set amount of contacts per week, and document findings and results
  • Documenting and reporting visits in company software system
  • Market and build relationships with regional insurance programs
  • Must be self-motivated, hard-working and be able to work alone
  • Must be an excellent communicator with a professional attitude
  • Must possess strong computer, time management and organization skills
  • Must have knowledge of the Restoration Industry and current market area
Qualifications
  • Two - Five years experience working in business development, marketing, sales, public relations or another related field
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of the construction and insurance processes preferred
  • Valid driver's license

We are seeking  a talented individual to fill this position.  The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling and meeting with insurance agents, property managers, business owners etc to recommend our services on an ongoing basis.
