Job description

The Product Marketing Manager serves as the commercial lead for all marketing activity related to specific equipment product lines, which includes traditional Multivac equipment and TVI, Fritsch and Automation. This role is responsible for providing input for the strategic development of all marketing plans across all product lines and their professional execution in conjunction with the Technical Product Specialist team.
This position will travel up to 35% of the time.Schedule needs to be somewhat flexible to accommodate tradeshow activity.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage coordination and creation of all marketing plans including product launches for all product lines working with the Technical Product Specialist group.
  • Provide the required information and input for the effective execution of all marketing plan tactics in a timely manner.
  • Engage in trade show planning and execution as it relates to Multivac product lines and participate in shows when appropriate. This includes assisting the trade show process of all critical marketing communications for trade shows.
  • Develop close working relationships and collaboration across the organization, both domestic and international, with key functional groups, demonstrating product marketing leadership and highly effective interpersonal skills.
  • Manage business expenses with focus on cost containment and submit expense reports in a timely manner.

Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, engineering, or related field and five years of experience in capital equipment sales, marketing, product management or related technical field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Power Point. Working knowledge of marketing platforms for lead generations & design required. Working knowledge of SAP CRM preferred.
Certificates and Licenses:
Current valid driver's license and the ability to obtain a passport for travel as required by position.
