The Market Manageris responsible formarket segmentation, analyzing market size and growth rates, and developing strategies to drive solution development. They also lead market research,maintainthe Copeland market model, and assess competitive, industry, and regulatory trends to inform cross-functional teams.

As a Market Manager, You Will:

  • Develop and deliver the Copeland Business Strategy Plan, including marketsizing, key trends analysis, and competitor insights

  • Create market roadmaps to guide product and solution development

  • IdentifyM&A opportunities and develop strategic roadmaps

  • Conduct value assessments to support value propositions

  • Gather and analyze Voice of Customer insights to understand market challenges, customer needs, and regulatory impacts

  • Monitor competitive strategies and end-user requirements to influence specifications and market strategies

  • Define market segmentation, targeting, and prioritization to guide resource allocation and strategic focus
