eCommerce Marketing Specialist
Classification

Job Summary
The eCommerce Marketing Specialist will be onsite and located in Houston, TX and will oversee all digital campaigns aimed at increasing traffic and conversions on both of our eCommerce websites. They will be responsible for optimizing the customer journey daily to improve the overall customer experience including engagement rates, retention, acquisition and AOV.
Essential Functions
  • Implement and optimize on site content and technical attributes to ensure strong SEO presence on the SERPs
  • Develop, execute and optimize paid search amp; Google Merchant Center campaigns to provide Google presence where SEO gaps exist
  • Creation of a digital content calendar ensuring digital marketing campaigns meet eCommerce KPIs weekly, monthly and annually
  • Manage social media channels (Meta, Instagram amp; You Tube) ensuring frequency, content, traffic and CVR meet the targets provided
  • Oversee email marketing campaigns to provide better engagement rates, increase CVR and provide a profile center with a clear segmentation strategy
  • Partner with our SEO and Paid Media agencies to ensure an integrated digital marketing strategy that achieves required traffic, CVR and acquisition goals
  • Strong focus on site content that moves the needle in being indexed by key AI platforms to drive incremental traffic
  • Work with key stakeholders to create an annual promotional calendar that focuses on the assortment and events that drive incremental revenue
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
  • 5+ years SEO, AI amp; digital marketing experience with emphasis on eCommerce amp; omni-channel
  • Start up experience with the ability to move fast, develop traffic strategies from the ground up and execute at a high level
  • Strong understanding of DXPs, eCommerce platforms, omnichannel and customer journeys
  • Excellent analytical, content creation, organizational and collaboration skills
  • Expertise in GA4, GSC, GMC, Google Ads, GTM, SEM Rush, Hubspot, Meta, Instagram, YouTube, Screaming Frog, ChatGPT and other AI platforms desired
