Email Marketing Contractor (Part-Time, 2-Month Contract) Overview We are seeking an experienced Email Marketing Contractor to support a high-volume consumer brand's email marketing program during a temporary leave coverage period. This is a handsโ€on execution role focused on email production, campaign coordination, QA, reporting, and crossโ€functional collaboration. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detailโ€oriented, and experienced managing email campaigns from brief through deployment. Partโ€Time: Approximately 15โ€“20 hours per week Start Date: ASAP Pay: $32/hr Responsibilities Email Campaign Production Coordinate and execute weekly email marketing campaigns. Prepare campaign briefs and gather creative assets. Manage production timelines and ensure onโ€time delivery. Conduct thorough QA of links, content, segmentation, and deployment setup. Maintain campaign tracking and workflow documentation. Content & Creative Coordination Develop email briefs and communicate campaign requirements. Partner with copywriters, designers, and marketing stakeholders to support execution. Maintain shortโ€term email content calendars and production schedules. Ensure all communications align with brand standards and campaign objectives. Lifecycle & eCommerce Email Support Support promotional, seasonal, product launch, and eCommerce email campaigns. Assist with updates to automated lifecycle programs, including welcome and postโ€purchase journeys. Coordinate campaign changes and adjustments with internal stakeholders. Reporting & Analysis Pull and organize postโ€send performance metrics. Track key KPIs including opens, clicks, conversions, unsubscribe rates, and subscriber growth. Provide basic campaign performance summaries and insights. Maintain reporting documentation and campaign records. Project Coordination Participate in recurring marketing and creative meetings. Maintain organized production files and campaign documentation. Help ensure efficient execution of established email marketing processes. Qualifications Required 3+ years of email marketing, CRM marketing, or lifecycle marketing experience. Experience managing email campaigns from planning through deployment. Strong understanding of email QA, segmentation, and campaign workflows. Experience working crossโ€functionally with creative, content, and marketing teams. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Preferred Experience supporting consumer, retail, eCommerce, food & beverage, or CPG brands. Familiarity with marketing automation and email platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, Emarsys, Braze, Bluecore, Iterable, or similar tools. Experience with lifecycle marketing programs and customer journey communications. Basic reporting and performance analysis experience.
