Job Description

Managing the company's email campaigns end to end encompassing campaign/channel analytics, operations and optimization.

Campaign Strategy:

  • Working closely with the brand, merchandising and CRM leader to develop a clear campaign strategy
  • Carrying out segmentation of the database leveraging different analytical models & tools

Campaign Operations:

         Work closely with the copy, creative and coding teams to design and deploy

         Campaigns

         Q/A all aspects of emails (copy, links, tracking, UX, etc.) prior to sends.

         Enhance the trigger email campaigns throughout the customer lifecycle to maximize sales

Campaign Reporting & Analytics: 

         Report on sales revenue generated from email marketing efforts

         Create weekly and monthly reporting with insights and recommendations for optimizations.

         Analysis of current email marketing campaigns and making recommendations for improvement

Channel Optimization:

         A/B Testing on various email campaigns to establish the most effective

         MVT Testing on email marketing campaigns

         Maximize deliverability and work with ISPs to minimize spam folders.

         Ensuring all email campaigns comply with current email best practice in the industry

Qualifications
  • Deep knowledge of ecommerce and email analytics with proven the ability to understand, interpret and utilize data to evolve strategy and execution to drive incremental revenue.
  • Strong quantitative skills to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent project management, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for online shopping trends and ecommerce innovation.
  • Ability to adapt to a quickly changing environment and operate with tight timelines.
  • 5-7 years in a Multi Brand Marketing Management role, Apparel industry preferred
