About the Role:

The E-Commerce Marketing Manager is responsible for driving digital growth, optimizing online sales channels, and enhancing the customer experience across multiple e-commerce platforms. This role combines digital marketing, e-commerce strategy, website optimization, marketplace management, and cross-functional collaboration to support scalable business growth. The ideal candidate has experience managing direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce operations, executing data-driven marketing campaigns, and partnering with technical teams to deliver high-performing digital commerce solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce marketing strategies to increase online revenue, customer acquisition, and customer retention across multiple digital channels.
  • Manage product catalogs, product listings, SEO optimization, merchandising, and digital content across platforms including Shopify, Amazon, and other online marketplaces.
  • Oversee website enhancements, platform integrations, user experience improvements, and ongoing optimization initiatives to maximize conversion rates and online performance.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across paid search, Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing, social media, and other performance marketing channels.
  • Analyze website traffic, campaign performance, customer behavior, and key performance indicators using analytics tools to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Lead A/B testing initiatives, promotional campaigns, personalization strategies, and customer lifecycle marketing programs to improve engagement and conversion.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing, inventory, operations, fulfillment, and logistics teams to ensure accurate product availability, efficient order processing, and an exceptional customer experience from purchase through delivery.
  • Partner with developers, designers, and cross-functional stakeholders to define website functionality, integrations, APIs, data architecture, and digital commerce enhancements.
  • Evaluate and recommend e-commerce technologies, applications, and digital solutions that improve operational efficiency, scalability, and customer experience.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor by aligning digital commerce initiatives with business objectives, revenue growth, and long-term e-commerce strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Three or more years of experience in e-commerce marketing, digital marketing, or online marketplace management.
  • Hands-on experience managing Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, or similar e-commerce platforms and marketplace ecosystems.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, and digital analytics tools including Google Analytics.
  • Experience managing product information, inventory synchronization, product lifecycle management, and online merchandising.
  • Strong understanding of website optimization, conversion rate optimization, customer journey mapping, and user experience best practices.
  • Ability to interpret data, build reports, monitor key performance indicators, and make data-driven business decisions.
  • Experience collaborating with software developers and technical teams on APIs, integrations, custom functionality, web technologies, and digital infrastructure.
