As a Miami-based company with a global mindset, we're expanding our team in Quito to support new and growing business lines.
The Role
We're hiring an Ecommerce Manager to lead and scale our Ecommerce accounts. This role is responsible for both strategy and execution, with full ownership of performance across existing clients and new accounts.
You'll work closely with internal teams and directly with clients, driving growth initiatives, optimizing performance, and making decisions that move results forward. This is a role for someone comfortable taking responsibility and operating with a high level of autonomy.
What You'll Do
Own and manage digital marketing strategy for Ecommerce clients
  • Own and optimize Ecommerce platforms (primarily Shopify), ensuring they support growth and conversion
  • Optimize existing Ecommerce accounts (performance, funnels, conversion, ROAS)
  • Lead acquisition and growth strategies for new Ecommerce clients
  • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns (Meta, Google, and other relevant platforms)
  • Analyze performance data and turn insights into clear actions
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and automation teams
  • Identify growth opportunities across channels (paid media, email, CRO, retention)
  • Lead client communication related to Ecommerce strategy and performance
  • Test, iterate, and scale what works
  • Take full ownership of results and continuously push performance forward

What We're Looking For
Must-Haves:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing / digital marketing
  • 5+ years of experience in Ecommerce or digital marketing for Ecommerce brands
  • Strong experience managing paid media for Ecommerce (Meta, Google, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of funnels, conversion optimization, and Ecommerce metrics
  • Comfortable owning strategy, execution, and results

Bonus Points For:
  • Experience managing multiple Ecommerce clients or accounts
  • Familiarity with CRO tools, analytics platforms, and dashboards
  • Experience scaling Ecommerce brands or launching new accounts
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Experience collaborating with automation, CRM, or performance teams
