Job Summary:

Under the direction of the WW Spares Marketing and Communication Manager, this position will be the primary administrator for Spares Online and Spares Contact information. This includes all customer interface, database management and tasks maintained in SAP related to Spares Online and maintaining contact information.

Minimum Required Qualifications:

• Minimum two years of experience working in an office environment.

• High School Diploma or GED. Associate or bachelor's Degree preferred

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate with internal and external customers in a professional manner

• Intermediate level proficiency in the use of PC Windows business software (Microsoft Office preferred)

• Proficient reporting skills

Additional Desired Qualifications:

• Marketing or communications background • Familiar with CRM and Access Databases or equivalent • Project management experience • Knowledge of SAP – S4 System • Customer service experience • Knowledge of SAP Fiori

Principal Duties/Responsibilities (Essential Functions):

• Manage customer requests for access to Spares Online website • Create access to Spares Online in SAP Send introduction emails to new customers with contact information about how to do business with Falcon Spares • Maintain Spares Online contact information in CRM • Provide training to customers and employees to use Spares Online • Main point of contact for customers for Spares Online including assistance with all functionalities including Electronic Service Report and Invoices upon customer request • Assist with the development of Spares Online functionality and improvements • Assist with the development tickets for Spares Online created and follow-up on open issues • Communicate Spares Online updates to customers and employees • Create/change customer contact information in SAP for every new and existing customer. This includes maintaining blocks for customers blocks when required • Update aircraft in SAP when updates are required • Must maintain a thorough knowledge of department/corporate sales and administrative policies and procedures. • Other duties may be assigned by management to meet department or business objectives

Physical Demands and Working Environment:

• Minimum domestic travel required • Office environment • Use of Personal Computers Required • Ability to lift 25 pounds

Compensation and Benefits:

The compensation for this position typically falls between $60,000 and $70,000 per year. This position is eligible for overtime.

Note: the final compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of relevant experience, Falcon-specific experience, relevant education/certifications, geographic location, and shift.
