Job description

RideNow Powersports, with over 50 locations nationwide, is looking for an Entry-Level E-Commerce Specialist, you'll support the day-to-day operations of our online sales channels. You'll help manage product listings, assist with order processing, and ensure customers have a smooth shopping experienceThis is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-growing world of e-commerce while working with an industry-leading powersports company.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in creating, editing, and optimizing product listings on Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and Shopify.
  • Upload product images, descriptions, pricing, and other relevant data.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate product availability across platforms.
  • Help process online orders and communicate with customers regarding order updates or issues
  • Research competitors and pricing to ensure RideNow stays competitive online.
  • Assist with basic reporting on sales, listings, and platform performance.
  • Help ensure listings comply with each platform's guidelines and brand standards.

What We're Looking For:
  • Strong interest in e-commerce, digital retail, or online business.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with strong written communication skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working with multiple systems and online platforms.
  • Previous experience with Amazon, eBay, Shopify, or Walmart Seller Center is a plus, but not required.
  • Interest in powersports or knowledge of vehicles/parts is a bonus!
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to follow directions
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in physically active conditions (standing, crouching, kneeling)
