Marketing Coordinator, Marketplace | Hybrid | Bolingbrook, IL

We’re hiring an entry-level Marketing Coordinator to support a leading national retail organization’s Marketplace and Category Management team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their marketing or e-commerce career who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and interested in the beauty and retail space.

Location: Bolingbrook, IL

Schedule: Hybrid

Hours: Part-time, 20–30 hours per week

Pay: $18.60/hour

Experience: 0–2 years

What You’ll Do:

  • Support the execution of digital Marketplace activations and promotional events
  • Prepare event materials and templates for activation planning
  • Maintain accurate activation details across internal systems and trackers
  • Monitor timelines, milestones, and deadlines
  • Follow up with internal teams and external brand partners
  • Track changes throughout the event lifecycle and ensure updates are communicated
  • Conduct quality checks on live digital activations and document findings
  • Organize post-event documentation, recaps, and key learnings
  • Support administrative needs tied to the continued growth of the Marketplace

What We’re Looking For:

  • 0–2 years of experience in marketing, e-commerce, retail, merchandising, or a related area
  • Internship experience is welcome
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred, but not required
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail and focus on data accuracy
  • Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with project management tools is a plus
