Join One of the Fastest Growing Retail Outlet Stores in the Region

Stu’s Home Improvement Outlet is growing fast, and we are looking for the right person to take ownership of our e-commerce and pricing department.

This is not an entry-level position.

We need someone highly organized, fast-moving, detail-oriented, and experienced with inventory systems, pricing strategy, and online fulfillment.

If you have experience with e-commerce platforms, product listing, shipping systems, and understand how retail pricing works—this could be a major opportunity.

Position Overview

You will oversee the backend systems that keep our inventory moving online and in-store.

Your primary focus will be:

  • Product intake and inventory setup
  • Pricing products accurately for retail and online sales
  • Managing eBay listings
  • Processing and fulfilling e-commerce orders
  • Maintaining accurate inventory counts
  • Shipping coordination
  • Product research and competitive pricing
  • Shopify inventory management
  • Barcode and manifest processing
  • Item condition documentation

Daily Responsibilities

Pricing & Inventory Management

  • Price incoming inventory based on company pricing models
  • Research MSRP and retail market value
  • Ensure pricing consistency across departments
  • Review product conditions and assign proper pricing tiers
  • Enter products into Shopify correctly

eBay Operations

  • Create optimized product listings
  • Write titles and descriptions that convert
  • Upload photos and product specs
  • Manage sold items
  • Print labels and fulfill orders
  • Handle customer communication
  • Process returns if needed

Shopify Operations

  • Create and manage products
  • Update inventory counts
  • Maintain product collections
  • Ensure online inventory matches in-store inventory
  • Assist with website product management

Fulfillment & Shipping

  • Pack and ship sold items
  • Coordinate freight when necessary
  • Ensure dimensions and weights are accurate
  • Maintain shipping supplies and organization

Requirements

✔ Experience with eBay seller platform
✔ Experience with Shopify
✔ Strong computer skills
✔ Inventory management experience
