Job description

Position Overview:

This is a temporary Summer 2026 Internship opportunity. This is an on-site role located at our HQ office in Los Angeles. L’AGENCE is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Intern to support our digital team. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain exposure to the day-to-day operations of an e-commerce business while working cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and operations teams. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and interested in fashion, digital retail, and online customer experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily website operations, including product uploads, content updates, and site audits to ensure accuracy across pricing, imagery, and copy
  • Support cross-functional collaboration with marketing, creative, and operations teams on campaign execution, email launches, and digital initiatives
  • Help troubleshoot order and operational issues by coordinating with internal teams and third-party partners
  • Participate in website QA testing, bug tracking, and feedback collection to improve user experience and site functionality
  • Conduct competitive research and identify opportunities for merchandising improvements and enhanced customer experience
  • Support SEO efforts by updating and maintaining metadata (titles, descriptions, keywords) and ensuring consistency across product and landing pages

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant program (Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, Fashion, or related field)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Interest in e-commerce, digital marketing, and the fashion industry
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
