About the Role:
We are looking for an E-Commerce Marketing Operations Intern to support the growth and optimization of our digital marketing and online sales initiatives. You will be responsible for analyzing campaign performance, improving advertising efficiency, and assisting with marketing optimization. You will also support content creation, coordinate with external partners, and contribute to testing initiatives that enhance business results.

This is a PAID full-time hybrid position at our office located in Cerritos, CA reporting to the E-Commerce Manager.
Essential Responsibilities:
  • Support initiatives to improve advertising efficiency and return on investment (ROI)
  • Analyze marketing campaigns and e-commerce performance to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Support A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and product listings
  • Organize and maintain marketing data, documentation, and project files
  • Help develop and optimize product detail pages (PDPs)
  • Support the creation of marketing assets, including images and basic design materials
  • Coordinate with external agencies and content creators on marketing initiatives

Essential Qualifications:
  • Recent undergraduate with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
  • Must have full-time availability for the one-year internship program
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
  • General computer literacy and comfort learning new software
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take ownership of responsibilities
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Bonus Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of professional or corporate experience
  • Previous internship or project experience in e-commerce or marketing
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Figma or Adobe Photoshop
  • Basic understanding of platforms such as Amazon or Shopify
  • Experience organizing and maintaining data or documentation
  • Korean language proficiency is a plus, but not required
