Job Title: eCommerce Coordinator

Location (City, State): Charlotte, NC

Compensation: $27.00-28.00/hour (Contract)

Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting eCommerce operations, online merchandising, or digital retail environments.
  • Background working with website content updates, product launches, promotions, or online merchandising activities.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate business reports.
  • Excellent attention to detail and experience maintaining product information or digital catalogs.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including marketing, digital, merchandising, and operations.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with consumer products or retail merchandising is highly preferred.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Algolia, Dynamic Yield, or similar eCommerce platforms is a plus.
  • Exposure to SEO initiatives, A/B testing, content management, or vendor coordination is preferred.

Addison Group is hiring an eCommerce Coordinator on behalf of our client. The successful candidate will partner with multiple departments to help optimize the online customer experience and support day-to-day eCommerce initiatives.
