Overview: The Director, eCommerce will play a pivotal role in driving the online sales and marketing strategy for Hydroviv. This leader will be responsible for developing and implementing effective eCommerce strategies to maximize revenue, enhance the customer experience, and strengthen Hydroviv' s online presence.
The ideal candidate will bring a proven record of success in eCommerce and performance marketing leadership, a deep understanding of the water filter industry, and a passion for driving growth in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
eCommerce Strategy and Planning:
  • Developing and executing a comprehensive eCommerce strategy aligned with the overall Hydroviv and Culligan business objectives.
  • Identifying and capitalizing on market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive opportunities to drive growth.

Digital Brand Management:
  • Overseeing the management and optimization of the Company's eCommerce website, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement website enhancements, updates, and new features.

Digital Marketing and Promotion:
  • Leading digital marketing efforts, including online advertising, social media, email campaigns, and SEO, to drive traffic and sales.
  • Managing marketing and advertising budgets efficiently to maximize topline revenue.
  • Developing and executing promotional campaigns to drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.

Customer-Centric Approach:
  • Prioritizing and enhancing the overall customer journey, from website navigation to post-purchase support.
  • Implementing customer feedback mechanisms and utilize data analytics to continuously improve the online shopping experience.
  • Analyzing eCommerce KPIs and sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for growth.
  • Preparing regular reports for Culligan and Hydroviv senior leadership, providing insights into eCommerce performance and market trends.

Requirements:
  • The successful candidate will bring collaboration, creativity, and vision to Hydroviv, consistently pushing the envelope to grow revenue for the business. This leader will have a proven track record of building and scaling an eCommerce platform in a pureplay DTC environment. A passion for people and growth will be evident.
  • The ideal candidate should also possess, at minimum, the following qualifications, and attributes:
  • 8+ years of relevant eCommerce and marketing experience, particularly in high growth environments.
  • History scaling eCommerce/DTC businesses.
  • Expertise in leverage all digital marketing tactics to drive engagement and revenue results.
  • Prior ownership of eCommerce sales forecasts, including customer-specific sales pipelines, and analysis of sales results.
  • Deep understanding of the online landscape including features, functionality, and best practices.
  • Experience building and leading multi-faceted teams (directly and indirectly) comprised of creatives, technologists, operators, and analysts.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with a broader team.
  • Impressive presentation and written communication skills.
  • Prior eCommerce P&L experience preferred, and experience in VC/PE-backed environment is a plus.
  • A roll-up-the-sleeves mentality.
  • A bachelor's degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred.

Target Salary Range: $180,000 - $200,000 per year plus bonus. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, geographic location, and business and organizational needs. Full-time positions are eligible for competitive benefits, including paid time off, health, dental, vision, life, disability benefits and 401(k).
