About the job

This is a full-time remote role for a Director of E-commerce. As the Director of E-commerce, you will oversee and develop the company's E-commerce strategies and effectively drive the development, testing, launch, and optimization of the E-commerce website. Your responsibilities will include managing the development of the company's web and mobile platforms, coordinating with cross-functional teams from development to marketing, and analyzing metrics to determine the effectiveness of the E-commerce strategy. You will play a vital role in increasing customer satisfaction and driving growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to enhance online sales and customer engagement.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to understand Egypt's tech market trends.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of e-commerce professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
