Our team is passionate, nimble, and driven by a deep love for beauty, creativity, and operational excellence.
Your Role:
We are looking for a skilled Director of Ecommerce to develop and carry out our strategic online development plans for our Pixi and POP brands. You will be responsible for the digital maintenance and development of our properties and will progress our digital presence forward during our next step of growth.
Responsibilities
  • All Pixi and POP online properties' maintenance and development.
  • Site management in regard to product updates, creative assets, press and store locations.
  • Inventory management to ensure inventory levels are healthy; orders, sales and deliveries are controlled.
  • Managing overall web development to enhance website to suit the customer journey best.
  • Ensuring content is consistent, updated and without mistakes.
  • Reviewing online analytics to recommend website improvements.
  • Being responsible for A/B testing to ensure top performing content.
  • Partaking in quality assurance and quality control measures.
  • Leading on-site promotions, from asset creation to managing coupon codes (dynamic and static).
  • Staying up to date with the latest technology and trends within the digital environment.
  • Working with the Marketing Department to align content with latest strategy.
  • Analyzing data; creating reports and presentations for Senior Management when appropriate.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required in Marketing, Technology or related field.
  • Must have 5+ years of experience with web development or digital management.
  • Must have experience with Ecommerce backend systems (Shopify a Plus).
  • Must be proficient in Google Analytics and other reporting systems.
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS languages a plus.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and other internal software.
  • Must be a proactive self-starter and thrive within a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have strong organizational skills and have a keen eye for detail.
  • Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Must possess a high level of integrity and be flexible to changing conditions.
  • Experience in and passion for the beauty industry is a plus.
