Location: Alpharetta, GA (Hansgrohe USA)

Job Purpose

The eCommerce Merchandising Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the growth and performance of Hansgrohe’s eCommerce business across key accounts. This position partners closely with Key Account Managers, Marketing, Sales Operations, and cross-functional teams to optimize online merchandising, enhance the digital customer experience, and drive profitable growth across major online retail platforms.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

eCommerce Performance & Analytics

  • Monitor and analyze account performance using internal and external data sources (e.g., Salsify, Profitero, TrackStreet, customer portals).
  • Identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports, including key metrics, KPIs, and optimization plans.

Competitive & Market Analysis

  • Track competitor activity, pricing, assortment, and promotional strategies across key eCommerce channels.
  • Evaluate market trends and customer behavior to inform account strategies and improve positioning.

Online Merchandising & Product Content

  • Partner with Product and Content teams to optimize product listings, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with brand standards.
  • Manage and maintain product content across platforms (e.g., Amazon Vendor Central, Wayfair Partner Home, Home Depot IDM, Costco.com).
  • Support the execution of Enhanced Content (A+), product variations, and review programs to improve conversion and customer understanding.
  • Ensure keyword strategies are effectively integrated into product content to maximize search visibility.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Marketing, Logistics, Customer Service, and Finance to ensure seamless execution of eCommerce initiatives.
  • Align account activities with financial targets and operational capabilities.

Promotions & Campaign Execution

  • Support the planning and execution of promotional campaigns and online events.
  • Monitor campaign performance and recommend adjustments to improve effectiveness and ROI.

Customer & Account Support

  • Assist in addressing customer and account-related inquiries, ensuring timely resolution and a positive customer experience.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Compliance & Data Integrity

  • Ensure all product data, pricing, and compliance-related information is accurate, complete, and up to date across platforms.
  • Maintain adherence to customer-specific requirements and data standards.


Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3+ years of experience or strong interest in eCommerce, digital marketing, or online merchandising.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational and project management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Preferred Experience with:

  • eCommerce customers: Amazon, Lowe’s, Home Depot, Wayfair, Costco, Build, etc.
  • Platforms & tools: Salsify, Profitero, TrackStreet, Bazaarvoice
  • Internal tools: AO, SAC, Confluence, Celum, Microsoft Office Suite
